- Consumers directly via AdventureLink.com and their web affiliates
Revenue Share Policy
agrees to provide AdventureLink with rates on the price of tours as published online or available to consumers.
agrees and understands that AdventureLink will act as the merchant in the transaction.
AdventureLink will pay associated costs with processing credit cards, commissions to travel agents, as well as distribution costs to online travel providers.
The AdventureLink Revenue Share Policy specifies that AdventureLink will receive a 25% commission on all multi-day tours booked through our system. For single-day trips up to 12 hours, AdventureLink will receive a 25% commission on tours booked through our system.
Branding
agrees and understands that AdventureLink will display all tours from with 's brand name and will display background information on .
Non-Circumvention
agrees and understands that AdventureLink and its distribution partners will make significant investments in growing and developing business for and agree to make best efforts to ensure that all bookings that come in from customers who come directly to as a result of an initial exposure to on AdventureLink will be duly noted and reported to AdventureLink and that a referral fee of 10% (ten percent) will be paid to AdventureLink coincident with the final payment on such bookings.
Term
understands that AdventureLink will list trips on an ongoing basis but that this can be terminated by either Party at any time with immediate effect. understands that if decides to terminate a listing, the listing will be withdrawn from AdventureLink.com and all partner sites, and y will not receive additional group or FIT leads from AdventureLink. understands that Termination of the listing shall not affect the obligation of either Party to pay the amounts owing or to become owing pursuant to this listing on or before the date of such termination.
Deposit and Cancellation Terms
understands that AdventureLink will clearly display deposit and cancellation conditions as setup b via the AdventureLink Tour Operator administration system, for all trips and that AdventureLink will honor these terms and conditions.
Payment Terms
agrees and understands that AdventureLink requires suppliers to be paid in full 48 hours after the tour arrangements are completed. All deposits and final payments are made in keeping with the suppliers booking and cancellation conditions and held in trust until 48 hours after the arrangements are completed.
Content Management & Booking Confirmation
understands that AdventureLink will make all content displayed on the AdventureLink and distribution partner sites available to via an account and that the source of this content will exclusively be the website or information as posted by via the AdventureLink Tour Operator account. understands it is 's responsibility to check the content and correct errors where they may occur. understands all booking requests will be emailed to or displayed in the administrative website for review and acceptance prior to the issuance of confirmation from .
Data and Intellectual Property Ownership
understands that while maintains ownership of all images, content, and information as displayed on 's site, and repurposed on the websites of AdventureLink and online affiliates and partners of AdventureLink, AdventureLink owns all customer data, trademarks, logos and service marks associated with the AdventureLink site. understands that 's use of and access to AdventureLink’s site does not grant any ownership in, or license or right to use any of the copyrighted material, Marks or other intellectual property on AdventureLink’s site and its contents, except as specifically provided for herein or by specific permission made in writing.
